Susan Vaughan, GRI - Susan Vaughan obtained her Agent license in 1994 and became a Broker in 2001. After 25 years in Convention Sales with major hotel chains including Hilton, Omni and Four Seasons, Susan utilizes her sales and marketing skills in building the real estate business that she and Terry started in 2002.

Her expertise helps in promoting listings and matching the right buyer based on the customer’s needs. Experience in negotiating contracts for corporations assists her in creating a smooth transaction between parties. Susan is a member of the Graduate Realtors Institute. Out of 25,000 members of Houston Association of Realtors, there are only 1,500 GRI members.

As Chairman of the Resource Development Committee for Habitat for Humanity in San Jacinto County, Susan is actively involved in organizing the fundraising efforts of the affiliate chapter. HFHSJC makes owning a home a dream come true for those less fortunate. She was appointed to the Board of Directors for the San Jacinto County affiliate in July 2007.

Laura Kretzschmar moved to Coldspring nearly three years ago with her daughter and has worked for Terry Vaughan and Associates since May 2007 when she started as the weekend receptionist. Laura received her real estate license in December 2007 and works full-time as a realtor and real estate assistant to Terry. She is a great asset to Terry Vaughan and Associates with her computer skills and outgoing, friendly personality.

Betty Morgan received her agents' license in January of 2005 and has lived in Coldspring for the past 12 years with her two sons, Ty and Jake.

Betty also has been a flight attendant with Delta Airlines for 27 years.
