Susan Vaughan, GRI - Susan Vaughan obtained her Agent license in 1994 and became a Broker in 2001. After 25 years in Convention Sales with major hotel chains including Hilton, Omni and Four Seasons, Susan utilizes her sales and marketing skills in building the real estate business that she and Terry started in 2002. Her expertise helps in promoting listings and matching the right buyer based on the customer’s needs. Experience in negotiating contracts for corporations assists her in creating a smooth transaction between parties. Susan is a member of the Graduate Realtors Institute. Out of 25,000 members of Houston Association of Realtors, there are only 1,500 GRI members. As Chairman of the Resource Development Committee for Habitat for Humanity in San Jacinto County, Susan is actively involved in organizing the fundraising efforts of the affiliate chapter. HFHSJC makes owning a home a dream come true for those less fortunate. She was appointed to the Board of Directors for the San Jacinto County affiliate in July 2007. |

Julie Peterson has been a realtor for the past 12 years. She is also a mortgage broker and owner of Vaughan Financial Mortgage Group, Inc. Vaughan Financial is a member of both the Texas and National Associations of Mortgage Brokers. Julie has an extensive background in the home mortgage business, has offices in Houston and a home in Cape Royale. Vaughan Financial specializes in customers' individual needs whether it be permanent or vacation homes. Julie has assisted many residents in Cape Royale and San Jacinto County and the Lake Livingston area with their home purchasing and refinancing needs. |

Cynthia Keefover joined Terry Vaughan & Associates in February 2010 and received her Texas Real Estate License in July 2010. Cynthia moved to Texas from California where she had worked for many years as business manager for Mark Trabucco Builder, a custom home builder and developer in Montecito & Santa Ynez. Previously Cynthia was a general partner in Lynch Construction also in Santa Barbara, where she held a class B General Building Contractor license. Cynthia’s career also included 10 years as a licensed insurance agent in the state of California. Cynthia’s has made her home in Cape Royale since fall of 2007. |

Suzanne Locke joined Terry Vaughan & Associates in 2007. Suzanne had an extensive career in the hospitality industry with Sheraton Hotels, Embassy Suites and Resort Management of American where she served as Account Executive, Director of Sales and Marketing and Staff Trainer for golf resorts in teh southwest. Her communication skills and extensive customer relations background contribute to her ability to cultivate trusting and professional relationships and provide exemplary customer service for clients and associates. |
