Terry & Susan Vaughan bought their waterfront lot in Cape Royale in August of 1996, then began construction on their retirement home shortly thereafter!!!!! SO MUCH FOR RETIREMENT! Terry started selling real estate in the Cape in 1998 and has never looked back having either sold and/or listed over 1000 pieces of property... be it Cape Royale homes and lots or San Jacinto County farm, ranch or commercial properties. For the past 9 years, Terry has been the leading realtor in the Cape Royale area.

Like so many people in the community, Terry and Susan lived in Houston prior to moving to Cape Royale. They have owned 2 other homes on Lake Livingston over the past 25 years.

Terry and Susan belong to the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and are members of the Houston MLS. They are both extremely active in the Cape Royale community participating in the Cape Royale Men's Golf Association, the Cape Royale Civic Association, the Cape Royale Boating Association. Susan is also active in the Coldspring Women's League and is currently on the board of directors for San Jacinto County Habitat for Humanity..
